Overview
Nathalie advises companies and investors on M&A, LBO's and other corporate law concerns, both in France and internationally.
Her M&A knowledge is matched by her experience in private equity assisting international sponsors, family offices, institutional investors, portfolio companies and management teams throughout the full investment cycle.
She is able to support firms through corporate restructurings and distressed M&A transactions, offering help with equity reorganizations or debt-for-control restructuring.
Nathalie has handled multi-million Euro transactions for major companies, including some landmark deals, and a number of cross-border projects, with a focus on tech/software, consumer, business services and automotive sectors.
